Horsham basketball product Mitch Creek has put his best foot forward during the NBA Summer League this month, as he tries to earn an NBA contract for the upcoming season.
Creek starred for the Minnesota Timberwolves in their third contest of the competition on Tuesday, scoring 18 points and recording three steals in a 100-91 win against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Creek was ultra efficient, making six of his nine shots including two three-pointers.
Creek also scored a combined 14 points across 51 minutes in Minnesota's first two matches of the pre-season tournament.
The NBA Summer League provides a chance for young and uncontracted players to impress ahead of the upcoming season.
Creek is trying to earn himself a long-term NBA deal after he made his NBA debut with the Brooklyn Nets last season.

Creek went on to earn a contract with Minnesota for the remainder of the 2018-2019 season in April.
The Timberwolves invited Creek back for their pre-season training camp and Summer League, providing him another chance to earn his place on an NBA roster.
