Committee member Venetia Elbourne-Hobbs said the event would take place across three days and two nights at Horsham Town Hall between July 26 and 28.
"It's never been that big before," she said.
"We have filled all the categories and now all we need is to get people to come along.
The Eisteddfod is returning after a year's break, when the aging committee decided not to run a 2018 festival after its venue, the Wesley Performing Arts Centre, closed in 2017.

Mrs Elbourne-Hobbs said with a new committee, featuring six women, and new events, there was a fresh feel to this year's event.
"We have included an open city band section and an open choir section for grown ups. We also have the Alex Rathgeber solo champion event, where we've got nine vocalists who each have to do three contrasting vocal pieces in twelve minutes," she said.
"All these new sections are aimed at getting different people involved in the Eisteddfod and making it interesing for the audience to come and watch.
Mrs Elbourne-Hobbs said Friday and Saturday night would be "concert-like" for attendees, and that she considered it a success already for how many entries from beyond Horsham the event had attracted.
"We have people contesting from Mount Dandenong, Ararat, Stawell, a huge contingent from Nhill, Hamilton, Rainbow and even a gentleman from Tooleybuc in NSW," she said.
The 2019 event marks the second time this decade the Eisteddfod has returned after. a year's break. In 2013, a committee was formed to work towards reinstating the Eisteddfod, which had not run since 2011.
