Senior Constable Adrian Hoggett said the driver who lost his licence was booked at 133km/h, in a 100km/h area.
The other three drivers were all booked travelling at over 120km/h.
"The drivers booked were all green P-platers, and each had four or five passengers in the car," Senior Constable Adrian Hoggett said.
It is believed the drivers were travelling to the Spin Out music festival being held in Adelaide today.
"About 20,000 P-platers are travelling through town," Senior Constable Adrian Hoggett said.
"I know what it's like, I've been that age before, but they've got to start thinking about what they're doing on the roads."
