A Dadswell Bridge white suffolk ewe gave birth to five healthy lambs in September 2017.
The offspring survived the one-in-a-million birth, despite the smallest one only being as wide as a Coke can.
The three ewes and two rams were born at Hopea Suffolk and White Suffolk Stud.
Now, almost two years later, the ewes are starting to have lambs of their own.
Stud principal Ellie McDonald said one ewe was currently pregnant, but another gave birth to twins on Monday night.
"She was one that was raised on the ewe, so she always did well," she said.
"She gave birth in almost the same spot she was born."
Miss McDonald said even the lambs that were bottle-fed grew up to be as big and healthy as other lambs.
She said the remaining ewe had issues with its jaw, so it didn't get in lamb this year.
She said the two rams were also doing well and had sired lambs since.
Miss McDonald said her dad had been a farmer for 50 years and had never heard of a ewe having quintuplets.
"Apparently it was a one-in-a-million chance," she said.
