Organiers of Operation 19:14 are emphasising how everyone is welcome, ahead of the free family event returning to Sawyer Park this Sunday from 12 - 4pm.

The event, run by Horsham's Christian churches, is taking place for the eighth time.
One of the organisers, Yolande Grosser, said new giant inflatables would make their debut at this year's event.
"We've got three that haven't been used before: Chugga Choo Choo, a bit of a maze and obstacle course and also we've got inflatable bubbles kids can squeeze into and have fun with in an inflatable boxing ring," she said.
Mrs Grosser said Wimmera talent would get plenty of time on stage, with acts including Shake 'n' Groove, Horsham School of Music, Shine Youth Choir, Voices of the Wimmera and the Horsham Rural City Band.
They will be followed by international Christian artist Sean W. Smith at 3pm.
She said there would also be an animal zoo, the chance for kids learn Hip Hop at a workshop and make a badge.
"It's really clear to us families need to have a break and celebrate who they are, and at no expense," she said.
"It means parents don't have to say no to any rides or treats because everyone is free."
Operation 19:14's name is taken from a bible passage. In Matthew chapter 19, verse 14 Jesus says "Let the little children come to me".
Mrs Grosser said each family would receive one special goodie bag including a locally produced devotional booklet and an animated Superbook DVD to share.

Friday
St Kilda Film Festival at Nhill Memorial Community Centre from 7.30pm. Tickets can be purchased from the council office. This year, the tour will screen award-winning shorts from the Festival, including Best Short Film Judas Collar.
Saturday
The Hype live at the Royal Hotel Horsham from 10pm. Tickets $10. Australia's biggest dance radio with support from Local DJs. Other entertainment includes Mechanical Bull.
Sunday
Walk in the Park for Parkinson's Victoria at Horsham's Weir Park from 11am. Hosted by the Wimmera Parkinson's Peer Support Group. Entry $5. All money goes towards Parkinsons Disease research.
Neurofibromatosis Hero Day at Warracknabeal Flora and Fauna Park 11am - 3pm. Entry $20 for adults, $10 for children. Event raising money for the Childrens Tumour Foundation.
Family Fun Day with kids musician Sean W. Smith at the Wheatland District Church, Warracknabeal from 10am - 11.30am. Free. Includes free ice-cream for kids, jumping castle, big slide, face painting and a coffee van.
All Weekend
Horsham Calisthenics College annual competition at Horsham Town Hall. Tickets available to purchase on the day at the town hall.
Meat Meet 2019 at Horsham Showgrounds. Free. Steak Cookoff Association International Qualifying Round Saturday 10am- 6pm, Australasian Barbecue Alliance National Championship Round Sunday 10am- 5pm.
Monday
Horsham Harness Racing Club race day 12pm - 5.30pm. Free, with entry via Westside Horsham.
Wednesday
Teenage Sleep and Wellbeing Forum at Horsham Regional Art Gallery from 6 - 7.30pm. Free. Register via eventbrite. Presentation by Dr Andrew Bradbeer, lead physician and medical director at Sleep Health Group.
