Owners and sisters Heather Harrison, Rosemary Arnott and Susan McQueen were forced to temporarily move the business to Darlot Street after a fire destroyed the shop on November 3.
The family-owned and operated business reopened at its long-standing address of 51 Roberts Avenue on Monday.
Mrs Arnott said it was fantastic to be home.
"It's been amazing. We still have a lot of organising and sorting to do, but it's great to be back on our feet," she said.
"The support from the community has been incredible; when tragedy strikes, that's when people stand up.
"As a florist, we're there for everyone's big life events. We're there for the happy times, the tears and the milestones, so you really get to know the community on a personal level."
The iconic Horsham business opened in 1970 by Mabel Blake, later known as Mabel Foreman. She passed the keys down to her three daughters on June 30, 2007.
"The shop is 49 years old and we've been at the Roberts Avenue location for 32 years. There was no other choice but to return here," Mrs Arnott said.
"I started working here when I was 18; Susan has always worked at the shop."
Mrs Arnott said she hoped the business would be back to its original state by the shop's 50th anniversary in 2020.
The business was first located at 65 Firebrace Street, and then moved to a shopfront on Roberts Avenue in the building where Coles Supermarket is now.
It was then located on Bradburys Lane before moving into its iconic Roberts Avenue location in the late 1980s.
