Highlights of this year's event included giant inflatables, an obstacle course, rock-climbing and pony rides.
Children were also encouraged to use their imaginations by taking part in craft such as gingerbread men decorating and woodworking.
Entertainment was also provided throughout the afternoon by acts such as the Horsham School of Music, Shine Youth Choir, Voices of the Wimmera and the Horsham Rural City Band.
Operation 19:14 is organised by Horsham's Christian churches. It was the eighth time the event had run.
The event's name is taken from a bible passage: in Matthew Chapter 19, Verse 14, Jesus says "Let the little children come to me".
