The Southern Roos have had an outstanding run through finals, after finishing fifth on the ladder.
However, they face a tough opponent in the Bombers - the side finished second, with only a handful of losses to its name.
Harrow-Balmoral coach Jane Craig said her team felt prepared.
"The second half of the season was definitely a lot better for us and it was good for us playing every week in finals," she said.
"We are looking forward to it - the girls are going in as the underdogs.
"Noradjuha-Quantong girls are always tough and hard to beat - their goal shooter is over six-foot tall, so she will be difficult to match up against.
"But we will give it a good go."
Craig said the Roos would focus on converting every centre pass into a goal.
Bombers coach Georgia Frances said there were a lot of unknowns heading into the grand final as her side had only played the Roos once this season.
"We need to play a short, sharp game," she said.
"Our attacking girls need to hit their stride."
Frances said she was looking forward to the match.
"It is my first grand final as a solo coach and I'm super pumped for the girls, but I'm also very nervous," she said.
"All I can do is be there for support and advice and the rest is up to the girls."
