This is called comfort zone-itis. An illness that strikes us when we do the same things day in and day out, with the same people in our lives.
The same coffee at the same coffee shop every day. Or even the same conversations with your colleagues about the same limited topics daily. We need to increase the number of neural pathways to expect change and transformation.
We commonly know this experience as learning. We have a choice in our lives in every moment in every day - we can choose new experiences and going outside our comfort zone and focus on learning and living.
