The Southern Roos wrestled control of the game early and impressed across the park to claim a 11.10 (76) to 3.7 (25) win against Laharum.
Harrow-Balmoral coach Ryan McLure said he couldn't be more impressed by his young charges.
"I've never been so proud of them. They are the tightest group I've ever met. I've coached them for four years now and they're just doing it for each other," he said.
"I'm just pleased for the boys they got to showcase. It wasn't a slog, it wasn't a wet day. They got to showcase the type of footballers they are and they type of football we like to play."
In picturesque conditions, the Southern Roos saw off an early Laharum charge, before slowly drawing away with the game.
McLure said having the week off helped his team.
"If they (Laharum) were ever going to make a charge it was going to be early," he said.
"It was intense the pressure. Laharum always bring pressure. They might have just lacked the depth in the finish and the extra final they had to play. "
Southern Roos' skipper Harry Robertson was named the best on ground, but McLure there were standout performers across the park.
"Mitchell Grant did the hard stuff. Bronte Shrive did a role for us. Adam Flavel and Tyler Hateley did well too," he said.
"And up forward, when you've got two forwards like Angus Harms and Lachlan Craig doing what they did.
"We've got a back six that is just like glue. We call them the net, nothing gets through them. The only goals they kicked today were from two 50m penalties and a free kick."
