Harrow-Balmoral claimed the under-17s, reserves and senior football premierships, while Laharum won its first ever A Grade netball premiership.
Horsham Constable Sam Foster said although there was a significant police presence at Horsham City Oval on Saturday there were no incidents.
"There were no issues and everyone was very well-behaved. It was a decent sized crowd so it was good to see everyone on their best behaviour," Constable Foster said.
AFL Wimmera Mallee general manager Steve McQueen said the number of spectators through the gates on the day was not yet known.
"The crowd was excellent and there was a great atmosphere in the air. I think this was one of the best crowds we've ever had for a grand final," he said.
"We had great feedback from the police which is always a positive. It really was a fantastic day all round."
