The Burras barely missed a beat in a statement-making performance to brush aside the Saints, 60-47.
Minyip-Murtoa coach Billie Bibby was thrilled with her team's showing.
"I'm stuck for words, to be honest. It's a great feeling, it honestly is. It's what we've been wanting all year, and we've got it done," she said.
The two sides took to the court with a fierce history behind them - the Saints have knocked the Burras out of the finals the past two seasons - but Minyip-Murtoa didn't care.
The Burras raced out to a three-goal lead at the end of the first quarter and didn't look back.
Kirby Knight and Georgia McLennan were on target in the goal ring all day, as the Saints on watched helplessly.
The pair were named Minyip-Murtoa's best.
Driving the Burras, however, was the cohesion and understanding that had got them to that point.
"I thought it was a great team game. Every girl went out there and did their bit," Bibby said.
"Even little Molly, who only just turned 15 who came on when our captain went out with the blood rule. She came on and was incredible."
The Saints fought back in the third quarter but were only able to cut the deficit to 11 goals heading into the final term.
The Burras' dominance forced a tactical change from the Saints, with Maggie and Rene Caris stationed in defence and tasked with curbing Kirby Knight's influence.
It was too little too late, as the Burras didn't waver and stated their case as a serious premiership contender.
