Wally, the region's mystery racing tipster, presented the assembly's Access All Abilities program manager Nic Baird with $375 won from his betting - a figure West Side matched dollar for dollar.
Mr Baird said $250 would go to Bianca Lauricella and her family.
The Horsham Special School student and Wotjobaluk woman will play for Victoria in an all-abilities netball championship in Brisbane in October.
He said the other $500 would go towards AAA's funds, which will be used to support other Wimmera athletes with disabilities.
"The program involves getting persons with a disability into sport, and also the Indigenous community," he said.
"We've helped athletes through football, netball, bowls... it's just a matter of applying through the sports assembly and most athletes will be funded.
"These funds will help those who are achieving well in their sport to further their careers. Bianca will be going to the Marie Little Shield, and I believe it's her fourth time being picked in the state squad.
"Bianca's under 18 but she's playing in the over-age competition - beyond her years, in that sense - so it's fantastic to see her continuing her great season and career."
West Side's publicity officer Tony Logan said the organisation and Wally had previously donated to the AAA to support the Wimmera Whippets Football Netball Club.
