Horsham are undefeated across the 2019 Wimmera Netball Association season and now have the chance to win a second consecutive premiership.
After having the bye last weekend, Demons coach Jodi Bigmore said she was hoping her girls were fit and firing for the grand final.
"It can be a bit of a worry playing just two games in finals," Bigmore said.
"But the girls are young and fit, they've kept up their fitness and we've had three good practice matches.
"You never know on the day how some players will handle the nerves of a grand final, so we'll see how the players from both sides put it together on the day."
Minyip-Murtoa finished the season in third place and earned a spot in the grand final with a thrilling two-goal victory against Ararat last weekend.
It has been a stellar season for the Burras, with some new recruits helping them to a grand final after they missed finals in 2018.
Minyip-Murtoa coach Shana Miatke said it had been an exciting season.
"We've had some new additions to the team this year and they are just growing stronger and stronger every week," Miatke said.
"We certainly feel like we've come into the finals in our best form."

The two sides faced twice this season, with Horsham winning both encounters. But unlike many of the Demons' wins this year, they were both close right until the final whistle.
"Last time we met there was only five goals the difference, and we didn't have our full team in," Miatke said.
"Our whole centre court will be different this time - both Laura Delahunty and Spencer Smith didn't play last time.
"So it will be an interesting day. It's full of unknowns."
One key match-up will be a between the two league best and fairests.
Minyip-Murtoa's goal defence Stacey Arnold and Horsham's goal attack Brianna Luciani tied for the award on Monday night, and can be expected to line up against one another on Saturday.
Miatke said she expected a close match.
"We're going in thinking we have the capability to really take it up to them," she said. "I honestly believe it will be a game of who can sink the goals - the comparison across the court will be fairly even."
