Horsham are hoping to make amends for a heartbreaking one-goal loss in the 2018 grand final, while Minyip-Murtoa are chasing a historic A Grade premiership.
The Burras are yet to win an A Grade flag since Minyip and Murtoa merged in 1995.
Coach Billie Bibby said the players were conscious of the historical significance.
"I think as much as we all individually want to win a flag, we're all keeping in mind the bigger picture, which is earning the club a premiership as well," Bibby said.
"It's going to be tough of course, but we're just going to try and enjoy the privilege of being in a grand final.
"It doesn't come easy - or often."
Horsham coach Amanda Worthy said her young side was also soaking in the grand final atmosphere.
"We're just really excited to be playing in a grand final," Worthy said.
"That's what everyone aims for and works so hard for. The girls are really excited."
Horsham recently defeated the Burras by 30 goals when the two sides faced in a semi-final. Worthy however said they weren't dwelling on that performance.
"Going into a grand final, it's completely different," she said.
"We're expecting them to come out firing and we're expecting a really tough game.

"I honestly think we're two really evenly matched teams. If you look at both sides, we've got really strong goalie options, really strong defence ... even through the mid-court, it's very similar.
"It's probably going to just be the team that can get themselves settled early."
Bibby said Minyip-Murtoa had learned a lot from the semi-final defeat.
"We were able to identify what went wrong and change - I think that showed last Sunday against the Horsham Saints," Bibby said
"Having a good win like that, it has left everyone feeling really good, so hopefully that feeling can continue into Saturday."
RECENT FORM IN DEMONS FAVOUR
Horsham and Minyip-Murtoa have faced each other three times this season.
Horsham ran away with victory in their most recent clash, opening up a 13-goal lead by quarter time and coasting through to a 60-30 victory in the semi-final.
The two previous encounters however were far more even.
There were just four goals separating the two sides at three-quarter time in their round 15 clash, before Horsham prevailed 62-52.
Earlier in the season, Minyip-Murtoa showed its premierships credentials with an upset 41-40 victory back in round six.
Defenders Tayla Mentha and Alex Lang were deemed the Burras' best on that occasion, and will need to be on-song again guarding Emma Buwulda and Georgie Carberry on Saturday.
