Horsham are hoping to make amends for a heartbreaking one-goal loss in the 2018 grand final, while Minyip-Murtoa are chasing a historic A Grade premiership.
The Burras are yet to win an A Grade flag since Minyip and Murtoa merged in 1995.
Coach Billie Bibby said the players were conscious of the historical significance.
"I think as much as we all individually want to win a flag, we're all keeping in mind the bigger picture, which is earning the club a premiership as well," Bibby said.
"It's going to be tough of course, but we're just going to try and enjoy the privilege of being in a grand final.
"It doesn't come easy - or often."
Horsham coach Amanda Worthy said her young side was also soaking in the grand final atmosphere.
"We're just really excited to be playing in a grand final," Worthy said.
"That's what everyone aims for and works so hard for. The girls are really excited."
