Event co-ordinator Simon Dandy said he was thrilled to invite Ms Paladino to Horsham.
"Silvie performed at the Horsham Church of Christ last year around Christmas. We approached her afterwards and asked if she would be interested in performing at the carols," he said.
"It's taken nine months to orgnaise and there have been a lot of discussions, so I'm so glad that it's finally happened.
"It's going to be a real treat for everyone. She's performing performing at the Melbourjne carols for 22 year straight years."
The annual Horsham Carols by Candlelight features a range of Wimmera performers alongside Ms Paladino.
"We've had big names before in the past - Debra Byrne and Christian singer Daniel Thornton for instance," he said.
"Last year we had the Mik Maks who were a big hit with both the kids and adults. But we haven't had a big guest like Silvie in quite a long time."
Donations raised at this year's event will go to mental health charity The Naked Farmer, run by St Helens Plains farmer Ben Brooksby.
"It's a very deserving local organisation and we're happy to support Ben," Mr Dandy said.
The 2019 Horsham Carols by Candlelight will be at Horsham's Sawyer Park on Sunday, December 1.
Food and activities start at 5.30pm, while the program starts at 7pm.
