Medals were presented to Claire McKenry for 60 years; Margaret Maher for 50 years; Ronda Morris, Betty Nattrass and Doris Guest for 40 years; and Marj Smith and Barbara Ellifson for 30 years.
Elaine Arnott, who marked 40 years, and Trish Venn, 20 years, were also acknowledged but were absent for the presentation on Monday.
Claire McKenry said she enjoyed her time working at Clear Lake, and at Noradjuha school as a junior leader for the Red Cross.
Horsham Red Cross president Jill Sinclair presented the group with their respective accolades.
She said despite the group being "elderly" the members always "do what they can" to help those in need.
Mrs Sinclair said their work included catering for bushfires, emergency relief, fundraising, and organising community events.
"We're actually catering for a ram sale next Monday - just sandwiches and stuff," she said.
