Store managers Shana Miatke and Di Bell are calling for people to give generously by filling a shoebox with pamper items and dropping it off at the store by December 6 to ensure they can be delivered by Christmas.
The boxes can include items such as a card or note with a message of encouragement, a small art and craft project, toiletries, candles, special coffee or tea, sweets, biscuits, chocolates, coffee mugs, a scarf, jewellery, magazines, books, vouchers or gift cards.
"It's not about giving people the necessities - it's about providing something special for those doing it tough," Mrs Bell said.
She said people should wrap the box in newspaper and tie a ribbon around it, which is part of a push to make the initiative environmentally friendly.

Ladies of the Land have partnered with Country Women's Association chapters and are using the NSW Department of Primary Industries Combined Drought Indicator Map to build lists of recipients in their areas to deliver the parcels where they are needed the most.
Mrs Bell said the response to the call for donations has been "mind-boggling" with more than 50 pamper boxes received so far from western Victoria and and South-Australia.
"People have been so beautiful and they really care about helping others," she said.
Ms Miatke said she and her husband Andrew Wedding would be driving their car with a trailer to Orange, in western NSW, to deliver the presents to Ladies of the Land.
