The man, 19, pleaded guilty to all 17 charges which include assault, theft and property damage.
Magistrate Letizia Torres deferred sentencing, instead telling the man he had a chance to prove himself by staying out of trouble before his sentence hearing in March.
Victoria Police lawyer Lucy Tribe told the court the man hosted a party at his property on November 3, 2018 and police were called several times over noise complaints.
While on the first visit the man was "compliant", in subsequent visits he verbally abused police officers, appearing "belligerent".
During police interviews, the man made partial admissions to his actions throughout the ordeal and Ms Tribe told the court he did not appear "genuinely remorseful".
On December 7, 2018 neighbours observed the man pacing out the front of his property and yelling into his mobile phone. After an exchange with a neighbour, the man punched the neighbour's letterbox off its perch.
On December 12, 2018 the man attended a cafe with several friends, where he damaged a vehicle. A worker at the establishment was in his car about to leave when he observed the man outside with a can of alcohol he had not paid for. The worker informed the man he would call the police. The man responded by hitting the driver side door of the vehicle, causing a large dent.
On December 16, 2018 the man was again hosting a house party at his property.
At 1.30am a guest climbed into the back of a vehicle to be taken home by a designated driver.
The man then climbed in with him, nearly spilling his alcoholic drink. The guest reached out to steady the drink, taking it from the man, and they both got out of the vehicle.
The guest handed the drink back and turned away. As he turned the man swore at him and smashed the bottle across the victim's head, narrowly missing his eye.
The victim was transported to hospital where he underwent treatment for lacerations across the face.
On January 17, 2019 the man was at his property with two female friends, when he approached one of the girls and grabbed her by the throat. The other friend pulled him away from her.
At 10pm the same day the man was with several friends at his property when he said to one friend: "Want to make $20? Punch that girl under the tree."
He then verbally abused another girl and pushed her with both hands. She fell back but was caught by a friend and was uninjured.
On January 24, 2019 the man was drinking alcohol, where he again knocked a letterbox off its perch, causing damage worth more than $600.
On June 1, 2019 the man was caught on CCTV stealing a box of batteries worth $12 from a service station.
Defence solicitor Nick Graham told the court the man had faced insurmountable challenges throughout his family life. Mr Graham said the man's mother "resented him" for her "social isolation".
Ms Torres said the man stayed out of trouble since June and that showed positive development.
However, Ms Torres called the glassing incident "disgraceful".
The man was on bail when he faced court and Magistrate Letizia Torres renewed his bail conditions, deferring his sentence to March 24.
"If you take your medication and don't commit any offences I won't lock you up, and I'll give you a sentence that is far less than what these offences deserve," Ms Torres said.
A conviction was not recorded against him and the man remains on bail.
