Horsham Plaza offered a Sensitive Santa service for a second year. This provided a special session after 6pm for children with high sensory needs to have their photo taken with Father Christmas.
Horsham Plaza centre manager Allison Roberts said while there were not many bookings, it remained an important service to offer people.
"We did it after the speciality stores had closed so there were not as many bright lights," she said. "It is a gentler time because there are not as many people there (at Horsham Plaza)."
Mr and Mrs Claus said they received great feedback from families and they would run the Sensitive Santa service again next year.
"We hope we get more people next time because it is a wonderful opportunity," Mrs Claus said.
Mr Claus said: "Girls have gone back to dolls with what they've been asking me for this year. There have also been lots of (requests for) scooters and blades and a bit of lego, not too different to last year.
People can meet Santa and have their photo taken at Horsham Plaza on weekdays from 3pm until 5pm and on weekends from 11am until 1pm.
