Friday night's performances at Horsham's Sawyer Park soundshell have been moved to the Horsham Town Hall, while Saturday night's performances have moved to the Exchange Hotel.
Performances at the Horsham Town Hall on Friday will cost $10 per person, while performances at the Exchange Hotel are free.
The Bureau of Meteorology forecasts a "shower or two" and "possible storm" for Horsham on Friday.
More than 50 bands and musicians will perform at four venues across Horsham from February 7 to 9 - the Horsham Town Hall, Horsham Town Hall's Heritage Hall, Maydale Pavilion at the Horsham Showgrounds and Horsham Soundshell at Sawyer Park.
Horsham Town Hall marketing officer Charee Smith said she hoped the event would be memorable for patrons and bands alike.
"We're very grateful that the Exchange has been able to accommodate us at such notice. I hope everyone gets on board to support these amazing bands," she said.
"We've got to consider the safety of not only our patrons, but of our crew members and bands as well. The weather has been hard to predict and we're very appreciative people's flexibility."
The event comes more than a decade after 50 Years of Wimmera Rock, which saw 45 bands play around Horsham as part of the 2009 Kannamaroo Festival.
