Two midweek bowls teams are into the Wimmera Bowls Division grand finals, two are out of contention and four face a sudden death preliminary final.

On a day when just one higher-ranked team prevailed out of the four semi-finals played, Coughlin Park and Serviceton are through to the grand final in Division 1 and 2.
Second on the ladder, Coughlin Park 1, held a reasonable break over top team Horsham City 1 for most of the day.
And even though it tightened up a bit on the last rink to finish, the Parkers had built themselves a big enough buffer.
Most of that buffer came from the 13 shot win of Graeme Bryan, Nola Wade, Merv Dean and Skipper Shirley Schorback.
Across on the other side of the Dimboola green, last year's premiers Sunnyside 1 put an end to a good season for Kaniva.
They recorded an 8 shot win to earn the right to take on the defeated City 1 team.
Kaniva actually took two rinks, with 1 and 2 shot wins to Marie Van Kempen and Di Maddern on the rinks they skipped but the 11 shot win to Paul Southcott, Ross Barnett, Elaine McFarlane and Mavis Janetzki (s) was enough to keep Sunnyside's Premiership defence alive.
Down at the picturesque Edenhope greens, top of the table all year Serviceton took the first step towards a premiership with a strong win over Horsham City 2.
The City 2 team kept one rink to just a one shot margin, going down 25-26, but 17 shots up to Serviceton's rink, skipped by the consistent Loma Wallis, got the rampant Railway town team just a win away from the ultimate reward.
To cap off a good day for the Division 2 West Wimmera teams, Goroke held out Coughlin Park 2 to win by six shots.
There was a tie on the rinks skipped by Coughlin Park's Carmel Officer and Goroke's Bev Mitchell, but the bevvy of Bevs was too much for the Parkers and Bev Hadden, with help from Nadine Stacey, Merle Burns and Les Burns, saw Goroke bound for the preliminary.

Division 3: 1st Semi-Final Nhill 3 v Horsham City 4 - Sunnyside; 2nd Semi-Final Horsham City 3 v Sunnyside 4 - Natimuk.
