Police officers from Murtoa, Rupanyup,Stawell and Ararat Criminal Investigation Unit have recovered stolen golf clubs at an address in Wal Wal on Tuesday. A warrant was executed in relation to burglaries at Rupanyup and Murtoa Golf Clubs earlier this month. Ararat Detective Senior Constable Mal Wineberg, of the Criminal Investigation Unit, said a 27-year-old female, of Wal Wal, was arrested in relation to the stolen goods, released, pending summons. "We recovered four sets of junior golf clubs and a number of other golf related items," he said. "We had some assistance from the community who assisted us with our investigation."
