Getting together to help each other is the country way and the Wimmera Mail-Times is doing its bit to help you, safely, ask the question: How can I help?
We've launched a campaign called Hello, Neighbour.
It's our way of giving you a way to find out if somebody around you needs support.
Maybe you want to see if a neighbour needs groceries picked up, or a prescription collected and delivered.
Or you might want to share some of the supplies you have in with somebody less fortunate.
It could be as simple as a chat, an offer to walk their dog or something else they can ring you about.
More good news stories:
We're providing a form that you can drop in letter boxes, leaving your details and a contact telephone number. Then they can get in touch if something crops up you could help with.
It's the little acts of kindness that will go along way to us all feeling less isolated and lonely.
And, who knows, you might just make a new friend.
So, fill out the form below and say "Hello, Neighbour. Are you okay? How can I help?"
Just click on the top right corner to download the form and print it out:
And if you have an act of kindness you'd like to tell us about, email us at newsdesk@mailtimes.com.au.
