The Love Your Neighbour Horsham Facebook group have organised a 'pay it forward' initiative, where people can buy coffee vouchers, which are delivered weekly to staff at Wimmera Health Care Group.
Group administrator Di Bell said the initiative would support both Horsham businesses and healthcare workers.
"We wanted to show healthcare workers that we value them and at the same time look after our local businesses," she said.
"For people who aren't sure how they can help the community, this is a great way to get involved."
Coffee vouchers are available from the city's Cafe Jas, Cheeky Fox Cafe, Farmhouse Deli, Fig Tree Caffe, Caffe De Kerb, Red Cherry and Waack's Bakery.
Mrs Bell said she was inspired by the idea after seeing a Ballarat cafe start the 'pay it forward' campaign.
"We wanted to spread the initiative to all Horsham cafes and not just one," she said.
On Friday organisers picked up 117 vouchers from businesses and delivered them to Wimmera Health Care Group.
"Our community is so generous and caring," Mrs Bell said.
Some businesses have the option to buy vouchers over the phone, while others must be bought in store.
