Horsham Senior Constable Josh Barnett said it happened around 3.46am.
"No one was injured (in the crash), one person went to hospital for observations only," he said.
"It knocked out power to the train lines. We did hold off the trains until we could get someone out there."

At 9.30am Department of Transport spokesman Chris Miller all lanes had reopened. The road was closed to northbound traffic at the McPherson and Baillie Street intersection, and motorists told to reach Warracknabeal via Blue Ribbon Road for the previous three hours.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said paramedics were called and a man in his 30s was taken to Wimmera Base Hospital in a stable condition with a medical condition.
