The vehicle was involved in an incident on the Wednesday, July 15 at midday.
The vehicle was seen along Searle Street, Urquhart Street and Wawunna Road in Horsham.
Meanwhile, police say they have identified, but are yet to arrest, a driver who rammed another car at a checkpoint on the Western Highway on Friday evening.
The incident happened at 5.30pm where a car was struck twice at the Hopetoun Road checkpoint just east of Bacchus Marsh.
Police confirmed they were still looking for a male driver.

Meanwhile, a Warracknabeal probationary driver has lost their licence for three months after they were caught speeding last week.
The P-plater was driving their white holden ute on the Warracknabeal-Rainbow Road when police detected the vehcile travelling at 136km/h in Crymelon.
