228 Victorians are in hospital and 42 of those are receiving intensive care.
Seven out of the 10 deaths are linked to aged care outbreaks. It brings the total to 71 deaths from the coronavirus.
A man in his 40s was among the Victorians who died overnight.
More details will be released later on Sunday.
42,973 tests were conduced on Saturday - the biggest testing day to date.
