Update 10am Wednesday: Temperatures dropped to -3.8 degrees in Horsham this morning, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.

The low came at 6.21 am, when the bureau said it would have felt as cold as seven degrees below freezing.
Horsham also recorded 0.6 millimetres of rain. Kanagulk received 0.4 millimetres, and got down to -3.1 degrees.
Stawell dropped to 1.9 degrees at 5am, while Ararat reached -0.5 degrees and recorded 7 millimetres of rain in the 24 hours to 9am Wednesday.
A minimum of -2 degrees is forecast for Horsham on Thursday morning, -1 for Stawell and zero for Ararat.
As of Wednesday morning, the bureau reports Horsham, Stawell and Ararat are expected to receive up to 13 millimetres across Friday and Saturday. In Nhill, the total rainfall across these two days could reach as high as 18 millimetres, Edenhope seven and Warracknabeal 23.
Tuesday: A cold snap has swept across the state overnight leaving a dusting of snow on Mt William on Tuesday morning.
The temperature dipped to a frosty -0.6 at 7am in Horsham with an apparent temperature of -5.3.
It was a chilly -3.5 on top of Mt William with snow predicted to fall as low as 300 or 400 metres in some parts of the state on Tuesday.
