Playing across half-back with the Sydney Swans, Lloyd is averaging 24.8 disposals per game - the seventh-most of any player in the AFL.

And after racking up 19 kicks among his 25 disposals in Sydney's narrow loss to Collingwood on Thursday, Lloyd has overtaken Geelong's Zach Tuohy to lead the league in total kicks this season.

Lloyd has seen boot hit leather on 152 occasions across 10 shortened games, for an elite average of 15.2 kicks per game.

Equally as impressive, Lloyd has proven himself a sound user of the football as well - ranked 2^nd in total effective disposals this year.

His disposal efficiency of 78.6 per cent outshines the competition's fellow leading ball winners, with Lachie Neale (72.6 per cent), Jackson Macrae (74.9 per cent) and Clayton Oliver (71.4 per cent) using the ball at a significantly lower effective rate.

Lloyd's efficiency was best illustrated by his game on Thursday night, in which he collected 25 disposals and used the ball at an eye-popping 84 per cent efficiency.

Lloyd also ranks first in the AFL for total rebound 50s and fourth in total intercept possessions.

With his rich run of form, the 26-year-old would surely be in contention for a second club best and fairest with the Swans.
