The male was charged and bailed to attend the Stawell Magistrates' Court.
Three days later, Police were conducting a routine vehicle check when a vehicle drove past them, above the required speed limit when passing emergency vehicles.

A police spokesperson said the vehicle was subsequently intercepted by members.
"During this interaction, police seized cannabis from the accused who was then arrested," they said.
"The 29-year-old male was charged with possessing cannabis, committing and indictable offence whilst on bail and exceeding the 40 KM/H limit when passing emergency vehicles."
The spokesperson said police members at Stawell were highly proactive, out and about across the response zone throughout the day and night.
"It is disappointing to see that these prohibited drugs are still in the community, however if you are willing to take that risk by driving whilst impaired or being in possession of drugs, we will find you, arrest you and you will be charged," they said.
