The 36-year-old allegedly assaulted another person within the vicinity of a residential location.
Police allege the man proceeded to damage a passing vehicle at the same time.

A police spokesperson said a search warrant was conducted at a property in response to the incident on Wednesday.
"A 36-year-old male was arrested at the scene," they said.
"Property was located at the residential address.
