On Friday evening, police attended a property in St Arnaud where it was discovered six people were consuming alcohol and not social distancing.
A St Arnaud police spokesperson said six people at the property were issued with penalty notices.

"Police are out there and if you are doing the wrong thing you will get caught," they said.
"Do the right thing and stay at home and adhere to the restrictions to make it safer, easier and quicker for everyone to move on.
"We're very happy most people in St Arnaud are following the guidelines and restrictions."
