The nomination period for the 2020 local government elections closed at midday on Tuesday.
A total of nine people will vie for the seven seats on the council once the election - which is being conducted by postal ballot in 2020 - begins from October 6.
Les Power, who served on the most recent council between 2016 and 2020, has thrown his hat in the ring.
Former mayors Pam Clarke, David Grimble and Mark Radford, along with councillors Alethea Gulvin, Josh Koenig and John Robinson, will not recontest.
The outgoing council will hold its final ordinary meeting on Monday, September 28.
Horsham woman Susie Relouw is no longer contesting the election, having previously announced her candidacy.
