There are also no active cases of the coronavirus in the Hindmarsh, West Wimmera, Yarriambiack, Northern Grampians and Ararat municipalities.
The number of active COVID-19 cases in regional Victoria remains at nine on the same day as Melbourne advances to the 'second step' of the roadmap to recovery.
The average number of cases diagnosed in the past two weeks for regional Victoria is now 0.6.

It is good more continued news for the regions, which advanced to the 'third step' almost two weeks ago.
In total, Victoria has recorded five new cases of coronavirus since yesterday, with the total number of cases now at 20,149.
The overall total has increased by four due to one case being reclassified.

This is the lowest number of new cases since June 12, when we reported four cases in the past 24-hour period.
All of today's five cases are linked to outbreaks or complex cases. Three are linked to aged care (Kalyna Aged Care Facility in Delahey, Opal Hobsons Bay and Embracia Moonee Valley) and two linked to health services.
There have been three new deaths from COVID-19 reported since yesterday. One man in his 60s, one woman in her 80s and one man in his 90s. Two deaths occurred prior to yesterday.
All of today's three deaths are linked to a known aged care facility outbreak. To date, 787 people have died from coronavirus in Victoria.
