Up until midnight on Tuesday night, Melbourne's 14 day average is 18.2.
Meanwhile, Regional Victoria's rolling 14-day average is 0.6.
In total, Victoria has recorded 20,159 total number of cases.
To date, 794 people have died from coronavirus in Victoria; more than a million people have died worldwide.
