
Victoria has recorded just seven new cases of coronavirus, and a further two lives have been lost.
Up until midnight on Wednesday night, Melbourne's 14 day average is 12.8
There are only three active cases in regional Victoria, bringing the rolling 14-day case average in the regions to 0.2.
The Wimmera remains free of any active COVID-19 cases, figures released by the DHHS this afternoon reveal.
There are no active cases assigned to any local government areas in the region.
