Victoria has recorded three new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours.
No further lives have been lost to the virus.
On October 29, the 14-day average in regional Victoria remains at 0.
In metropolitan Melbourne the average is 2.4, with four cases reported to an unknown source.
Yesterday there were two new cases and two lost lives reported.
