Court fines Dimboola train border hopper
A 41-year-old Queensland man was fined after unlawfully crossing the South Australian border by boarding a freight train at Dimboola.

Jonathan Shorley from Collingwood Park, a suburb of Ipswich, appeared in Adelaide Magistrates court on Wednesday, pleading guilty to the charge of breaching a COVID-19 direction.
The incident took place in October.
A court spokeswoman said Shorley was fined $310 for the breach and he was discharged without penalty for time spent in custody, which was 14 days.
