"A report will be prepared for the Coroner following the death of a woman in Ararat yesterday, Tuesday 10 November. Emergency services were called to a property on Campbell Street after the 49-year-old was located deceased inside the home about 4.10pm. The death is not being treated as suspicious."
Wednesday morning: Victoria Police are investigating the death of a woman in Ararat on Tuesday.
In a statement, a spokeswoman said emergency services were called to a property on Campbell Street after the 49-year-old was located deceased inside the home about 4.10pm.
"The exact cause of the woman's death is yet to be determined and the investigation remains ongoing," she said.
