A WESTERN region police officer has been charged with rape, six counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual activity directed at another.
The Leading Senior Constable was charged after an investigation into an incident in April.
The incident took place while the officer was off duty.

He has been summonsed to appear at the Horsham Magistrates' Court in December.
