In 2021, the Horsham visitor centre hopes to grow and engage with the community to support local tourism and the economy.
Campaigns like Grampian Tourism's Host with the Most program have been launched to showcase the accommodation, attractions, food, and outlets Horsham has to offer.
Grampians Tourism chief executive Marc Sleeman said that the Host with the Most campaign has had a high level of local engagement, helping to profile tourism in the region through the eyes of the community.
"Since the campaign launched we have seen a 60 per cent increased visitation to our website," he said.
"Interest in the campaign has been quite significant and it has been rewarding to see how interested the local community has been in the campaign."
Host with the Most will run through to January 2021, with opportunities for local business to be a part of the campaign still available.
