People will be able to register for the new $200 vouchers from noon on Monday until January 22.
The scheme is open to Victorian residents aged 18 or over.
The $200 vouchers can be redeemed when travellers spend a minimum $400 on accommodation, experiences, tours, or attractions in regional Victoria during set periods.
Vouchers are limited to one per household and travellers must spend at least two nights in paid accommodation in regional Victoria, the Yarra Ranges, or the Mornington Peninsula.
Once a resident is registered, they can redeem their voucher after they have completed their travel.
Another 40,000 vouchers will be released on January 20 for travel between January 27 and April 1, and on March 30 for travel between April 6 and May 31.
