All three sons will represent the Horsham Cricket Association in their respective age groups this week; Lachlan with the under-17's in Warrnambool, Connor with the under-15's in Horsham, and Hugh with the under-13's in Portland.
Adelle, not one to be shown up, will also represent the Wimmera Girls Cricket League at a three-day carnival at Hamilton, beginning January 11.
It is the first time a Wimmera Girls Cricket League team will represent the region, recognising the ever-growing success of girl's cricket locally.
Hugh also represents his region for the first time next week.
The two elder statesmen, Connor and Lachlan are no strangers to representative cricket.
Lachlan has previously played for the Western Waves, and was a member of the HCA under-17 side that performed admirably at Warrnambool last year.
Connor followed in his older brother's footsteps by playing for the Waves, but the COVID-19 forced cancellation of the Youth Premier League this summer has opened another door.
The all-rounder was named in Geelong's side for Cricket Victoria's premier under-16 competition - colliqually known as the Dowling Shield - started in place of the Youth Premier League.
Connor's services with the bat weren't needed in Geelong's opening game before Christmas, though he did snare a wicket, a catch and a run-out in the 60-run win against Greenvale.
Four matches remain in Geelong's Dowling Shield campaign, which resumes at the end of January.
Closer to home, however, Connor will play a key figure for Horsham Blue in the under-15 country week.
HCA featured in the grand final for the first time last year, and with two sides Horsham sides set to compete this week, the hosts will aiming to go one step further.
Be sure to catch the next generation of cricketing stars in action on the opening days of country week.
