The left-armer tore through Portland's top-order to have the visitors reeling at 4-19.

Portland's lower-order stuck around stubbornly, but Millar and Archer Laverty (2-4) would have the last laugh, dismissing their opponents for 65.

At Laharum, Horsham Red was unable to beat South West.

The hosts opted to bowl first, and at 2-34 would have been happy with the decision.

However, an 88-run second wicket stand swung the game in South West's favour.

Brodie Foster (2-17) and Matthew Kerr (2-33) were Horsham's best with the ball; the visitors ending on 9-183.

Horsham fell victim to some quality bowling in it's chase. Jed Uebergang (11) fought hard, but could do little more as his side was dismissed for 30.

The hosts improved in their second dig, with Brodie Foster (15) and Gibson Perry (12*) guiding Horsham to 4-47 at the end of the innings.
