Unfortunately, some Australia Day events for the Yarriambiack Shire have been cancelled.
Beulah, Hopetoun, Patchewollock, Speed and Tempy events have all been cancelled.
The Murtoa event has been moved to 10am from 8am.
Horsham
Celebrate Australia Day virtually this year with Horsham Rural City Council.
While on-going Covid19 restrictions have prevented the ceremony from occurring as it traditionally has in previous years, committee members have reimagined the event to ensure everyone still has the opportunity to celebrate.
Cr Gulline said Australia Day 2021 would provide an important opportunity for our community to reflect on the challenges of the past year, respect the sacrifices and contributions of those who responded in a time of need and celebrate being together and what is means to be an Australian.
"2020 was a challenging year for us all, but it also highlighted the power of our community's spirit. We want to recognise those who really went above and beyond last year, and will be livestreaming the ceremony to involve as many people as possible," Cr Gulline said.
"This Australia Day, our message is to reflect, respect and celebrate. We will reflect on our community's past, respect all cultures and the stories of those who call Australia home, and celebrate our community's unsung heroes and new citizens," Cr Gulline said.
A formal Australia Day ceremony will be held from 9am, Tuesday, 26 January 26. The event will be livestreamed, including the presentation of Citizen, Youth Citizen and Community Event of the Year Awards.

Dadswells Bridge Hall - 11.30 am ceremony, followed by lunch
Hindmarsh Council
Australia Day events in the Hindmarsh Shire will all be held outside this year.
All events will be subject to COVID-19 restrictions.
Rainbow - 7:30am community breakfast followed by proceedings from 8am at Rainbow Oasis. The event is hosted by Rainbow Lions Club.
Jeparit - 9am community breakfast followed by proceedings from 9:30am at Menzies Square. The event is hosted by hosted by Jeparit Town Committee.

Dimboola - 10:30am community morning tea followed by proceedings from 11am at the rear of the Dimboola Library. The event is hosted by Dimboola CWA.
Nhill - 12:00pm community BBQ lunch followed by proceedings from 12:30pm at Goldsworthy Park. The event is hosted by Nhill Lions Club.
Yarriambiack Council
The Yarriambiack council has been successful in receiving the National Australia Day Council COVID Safe Grant. The grant will be utilised to assist Community Organisations hosting Australia Day celebrations to hold COVID safe events, in accordance with Victorian Government requirements.
As a general rule the event organisers will ensure persons are wearing masks if the event is being held indoors, however most of the events will be held outdoors. Organisers will ensure physical barriers are placed about to comply with social distancing requirements.
Additional cleaners, additional cleaning supplies including soap and hand sanitizer, personal protective equipment can be purchased as part of the grant to ensure the events meet compliance requirements.
Warracknabeal - 8:00am breakfast celebration at the Community Centre at Anzac Park, a gold coin donation is required. There will be Australia Day Awards, musical entertainment, and a guest speaker.
Minyip - 8:00am breakfast celebrations at the Square on Main Street Minyip with presentations and a guest speaker.
Rupanyup - 8:00am breakfast celebration at Rupanyup Memorial Park on Murtoa Road. Citizenship Ceremony to be conducted by Mayor Graeme Massey.
Murtoa - 11:00am breakfast celebrations at Murtoa Neighbourhood House located at 36 McDonald Street.
Wallup - 8:00am breakfast celebrations at Wallup Hall with a guest speaker.

West Wimmera
West Wimmera Shire Interim CEO Paul Brumby said Australia Day 2021 will provide an important opportunity for members of our community to reflect on the challenges of the past year, respect the sacrifices and contributions of those who responded in a time of need and celebrate being together and being Australian.
"This year, celebrations will be a little different as we embrace delivery of community events in a COVID-SAFE manner, so DHHS health and safety requirements will be complied with at all events," Mr Brumby said.
Dergholm - 10:00am flag raising ceremony, guest speaker and morning tea, people are asked to bring a plate, held at Dergholm Soldiers' Memorial Hall. Hosted by Dergholm Hall Committee.
Edenhope - 8:00am Australia Day breakfast at Henley Park in Lake Street, 9:00am flag raising ceremony, children's activities and guest speaker. Hosted by Edenhope Lions Club Inc.
Harrow - 11:30am barbecue lunch with flag raising ceremony, a guest speaker, at Johnny Mullagh Reserve on the river bank. Barbecue provided but bring own salads and sides. Hosted by Edenhope Lions Club Inc.
Kaniva - 8:00am breakfast at Kaniva Swimming Pool, Corner of Baker & Young Streets. Entry by donation, please bring own plates/cups/cutlery. 9:00am flag raising ceremony.
