Organiser Andrew Sostheim said he expects parkrun to be very popular this year.
"We've been waiting patiently for the last 10 months. So we're pretty excited for tomorrow," Mr Sostheim said.
"People are ready to get out and about."

Mr Sostheim said since there has been no football or netball, people are ready to get back to fitness.
"The social, physical and mental sides of it people enjoy, you can work on your personal best," he added.
"It's something the Wimmera has really taken on.
"People like to get out and meet other people. Some people don't have a connection to other clubs, so this is their weekly social connection.
"We'll get young parents pushing bub in a pram, older people in their 70's or 80's meeting up for the run. It's all different groups.
"It'll be pretty cool to see the community get back together. It's a great way to kick start the weekend."
Mr Sostheim said he expects Wimmera parkrun to grow in 2021.
"Our volunteer positions have filled up for the next 4 weeks already," he said.
"We're excited to see participation numbers continue to grow."
The Wimmera parkrun is open to all ages and all levels of fitness.
The run starts at 8am on Saturday, January 16 at the soundshell at Sawyer Park.
It's a 2.5 kilometre one way over the ANZAC bridge.
The path is accessible for prams and wheelchairs.
Register online to get a barcode which is scanned at every race.

There is no pressure to come last there is even a volunteer position is the tail walker.
"Someone who is happy to come last so there is no pressure for pace," Mr Sostheim said.
The record for the Wimmera run is 16.5 minutes if someone is looking for a challenge.
Sadly, there can be no high fives due to COVID, so people are asked to cheer extra loud.
The Nhill parkrun is expected to return on February 13.
