Nutrien Harcourts district selling agent Max Brown said he expects the property will be sought after as it is bounded by two sealed main road frontages and is in a Wimmera crop district where properties are held for a long amount of time.
"This property has always been in the same hands for generations so the auction will present a unique opportunity for district farmers to acquire a much admired corner holding within easy access of three strong communities," Mr Brown said.
"It's a relatively large scale, attractive land form, and has a conservatively farmed history so is sure to attract bids from beyond the local area.
"I confidently expect to see it sell in excess of $4000 an acre."
The successful auctioneer will be given early access ahead of settlement for crop preparation and stocking.
