The Horsham's Agricultural Society will feature in one of the Rural Aid Community Builders webinar, selected for its ability to "revitalising the country show".
Andrea Cross, the Horsham's Agricultural Society chief executive, said the country show is not only a 100-year-old tradition, but an economic boost and a sport.
"Most shows have been going for over 100 years and regardless if they attract 200 people or 2000 people there is a place in our community for these events," Ms Cross said.

"Even more so now given people are now growing their own veggies more, making their own food, scratch cooking and sewing. Generally getting back to basics.
"There is community engagement and a bit of fun."
Last year's Horsham Show went virtual.
Ms Cross said there is importance in the stock industry as a generational act, her own father used to show horses and cattle.
"For some people, once you start showing your animals it's something you continue to do," she said.
"Breeders are very keen to showcase their animals, and an agricultural show is the best form. It boosts prices if you have an award winning sheep.
"It's relational, it's economically driven and sometimes we don't even consider the economics behind award winning livestock."
There is also the competitive side of country shows.
"Wool handlers and shearers want to be Victoria's best," she said.
"They go from show to show to compete at state level, then national level and some go on to world titles. It's such a broad range of interests and businesses."
Rural Aid chief executive, John Warlters, said he was excited to see such an engaging line-up to kick start 2021.
"The Community Builders webinars are an invaluable resource to people wanting to renew their small town. I'd encourage anyone with an interest in keeping their rural community vibrant and energised, to sign up."
The webinars begin on Thursday, February 11, at 4pm, the first topic is 'Positive first impressions' which will feature the Western Australian town, Norseman.
